EVP of Basketball Entertainment Division
A West Coast Technology Driven Basketball Entertainment Company is looking for an EVP of Basketball Entertainment Division to join their senior leadership team.
The Entertainment Division concept includes a one of a kind basketball entertainment experience along with restaurant and bar facilities. This position will oversee the growth & business development of the Basketball Entertainment Division. The goal of this position is to own overall accountability for the services offered on site. The EVP is keenly aware of the activities taking place within the site and pay close attention to the health of the facility in terms of health, staff and customer service.
The EVP of Basketball Entertainment Division plays a central role in both the strategy and execution of The Company's mission. The EVP will have full responsibility for P & L and operating performance of the Entertainment Division. This role will oversee the optimization of the customer's journey and interaction with various products to drive core KPIs around improving the customer experience, event bookings, restaurant services and increases profits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned
Strategic development of Entertainment model
Lead development of one of a kind entertainment experience
Responsible for hiring and developing of entertainment team
Development of execution systems
Lead strategy for future expansion
Function as a member of the executive leadership team
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience in restaurants operations
Experience with entertainment venues
Business strategy expertise
10 years’ experience at a senior management level
Sports background - basketball preferred
