SUMMARY
This position provides administrative support to the project management team and assists in coordination for multiple construction projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Electronic set up of new projects
Document control activities: updating drawing sets
Manage electronic project documents
Verify contracts are fully executed
Document and track potential change orders
Create and track change requests on client itemization
Submittal review and processing
RFI management
Secure and compile electronic turnover documents
Process invoices within Foundation software
Field assistance
Miscellaneous filing and archiving
Provide clerical/administrative support for project team as requested
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
ntermediate computer skills
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (Smartsheet) required
Foundation and Procore are a plus but training is available
College degree and construction background a plus but not required.
