The Warehouse Supervisor ensures inventory accuracy for materials and finished goods in area of responsibility. Responsible for cycle count program ensuring count goals are met and necessary reconciliation is completed. Provides information and transportation coordination necessary for planning and execution of production and customer shipments.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide supervision of and direct daily work for warehouse shipping/receiving crew.

  • Maintain cycle count program for all raw materials and finished goods inventories. Analyze/reconcile discrepancies and document results.

  • Create customer order picks in ERP software. Oversee pick and stage order activities. Ensure order accuracy and on-time shipment. Track back orders.

  • Oversee pull, stage and ship raw materials to support production.

  • Schedule inbound deliveries, outbound shipments and transfers through daily carrier coordination.

  • Optimize utilization of warehouse and truck space. 

Education/Work Experience:

2 years of college or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Must be able to work weekends if needed.
